Universe Expansion
Is there an expansion in the universe ?
And if there is how did we deduce that fact ?
How do you explain it in a scientific way ?
In this blog am going to explain the expansion of the universe in a scientific way on my way . But first am going to give a brief definition about the universe, talk about its history and then am going to explain the universe expansion phenomena.
Space the final frontier , these words we used to hear at the beginning of each Star Trek episode , which I personally love this TV show . Because every episode take you on trip in this huge universe , as what people at that very period of time used to imagine the universe.
What is the Universe ?
My explanation of the universe is the gather of everything imagined to be exist physically , everything time and space and every form of matter and energy.
What is the History of the Universe ?

Universe began with a huge explosion called Big Bang 13.7 billion years ago . The Big Bang by definition is the cosmological model of the initial conditions and subsequent development of the Universe that is supported by the most comprehensive and accurate explanations from current scientific evidence and observation. Six hundred million years after the Big Bang first galaxies formed . Five billion years after the sun formed and 4.5 billion years after the Earth was formed.
How we knew that the Universe is Expanding ?
Let us imagine that you were walking in a park and plane passed above . How did you know that the plane was approaching ?
Well first of all you are going to tell me you heard it coming . What you heard was the plane engine sound . So while the plane is approaching to you the sound becomes higher and when it goes away the sound becomes lower. Now if we had a look at the sound wave structure that comes from the plane engine while it's approaching you are going to see that the frequency is almost constant while the wave length is decreasing in proportional with distance, that is what make the volume higher when the plane approaches to you. No the opposite thing is going to happen when the plane goes away the wave length is going to increase which will make the volume lower .
Now let us apply that situation on the universe . That will require to swap the sound with light . The only objects in the universe that propagate light waves stars . So scientists concluded that the universe is expanding on the bases of in increasing of lambda (wave length) from a specific star with a known frequency.
I hope I explained the universe expansion in a brief and easy way I've tried to include the major facts that the universe expansion is based on.
